Utilizing laser and photocell technology, the Model 123 will check for proper height, width, folding and eliminate any manual size adjustments. Each time a new size is introduced, the operator sends a good quality case through the system. Through the use of the touchscreen, the operator then pushes the "teach" button which ensures all following cartons will be inspected according to the first approved case. The Model 123 is also equipped with a case re-insertion mode, providing the operator with a simple, ergonomic method for reinserting rejected cases.
