Model 162 - Case packer/Lidder

High Speed Singles & Doubles Configuration

Case single or double-stacked reams with precision fit every time. Designed for limited operator interface, this case packer/lidder is a key component in any fully-automated ream production line. Each stack is used as a mandrel, as case and lid blanks are formed around the stack and glued.

Performance at a glance

Operators simply keep the machine filled with case/lid blanks and glue.
Enclosed solid state hot melt glue system for perfect adhesion.
Cases move through the machine with smooth, continuous motion.

Lid Flap Range:
2.75" to 4" (70mm - 102mm)

Production Speed:
Single Stack - up to 30 cases per minute
Double Stack - up to 17 cases per minute
