"J" series shafted unwind stand
A bar pin locator on each side locks the reel bar in position, eliminating any danger of the bar working loose during operation or falling out when sidelay is adjusted.

The "J" series braking system is fixed to the reel stand instead of the bar. Removing reel bars is a fast, one-man operation. The locking collar on the chuck automatically closes if the reel bar is rotated in any direction.

Handles rolls up to 2140 kg (4708 lbs.) and 1500 mm (59") diameter. Maximum roll width is 1650 mm (65") including 25 mm (1") trim allowance for each side of the sheet.

PBF 201 shaftless unwind stand
Designed to hydraulically lift large, heavy rolls weighing up to 4000 kg (8800 lbs.), this model also has hydraulically powered controls for chuck insertion and roll lifting. Simple button controls bring added efficiency to loading and adjustment.

Various size chucks are available. Handles rolls up to 2133 mm (84") in diameter and widths up to 1950 mm (76").
